Welcome to FunXTools. By accessing or using funxtools.com ("FunXTools", "we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Description of Service
FunXTools provides a free collection of browser-based tools covering image editing, developer utilities, SEO, productivity, creative and entertainment tools, calculators, and AI-assisted features. Most tools can be used without creating an account. An optional account (via email/password or social sign-in with Google, Facebook, GitHub, or Discord) unlocks features such as saving favorite tools, viewing recently used tools, submitting bug reports, and requesting new tools.
User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FunXTools only for lawful purposes. You may not: upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our servers; scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish our tools without permission; or use automated systems to abuse the Service. We may restrict or terminate access for users who violate these conditions.
Your Content and File Uploads
Some tools (such as our image converter, compressor, cropper, pixelator, and image-to-PDF tools) require you to upload files. You retain full ownership of any content you upload. We process these files only to deliver the requested result, and generated files are automatically deleted from our servers once they are downloaded or after a short retention window. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and you must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The FunXTools name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of FunXTools and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Any output you generate using our tools (such as converted images, QR codes, or generated text) is yours to use freely.
Third-Party Services
FunXTools integrates with third-party services to provide certain features, including Google, Facebook, GitHub, and Discord for sign-in, Google Analytics for usage insights, and cloud storage for generated audio files. Disclaimer of Warranties
FunXTools tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Calculators (such as loan, EMI, or unit conversion tools) and predictive or entertainment tools (such as the gender prediction or personality test tools) are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, medical, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunXTools and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data or content processed through our tools.
